Change Manager for the Development of Technical Service - Bochum (m/f/d)

That's what your job is about: As a change manager:in you take a central role in the further development of the technical service. You control change projects from idea to implementation and advise the project management on the change side, working closely with operational units, as well as other areas of expertise. Your tasks: You accompany change and transformation projects by method and content from analysis to conception to implementation in the teams You develop custom change formats for different target groups (managers, operational teams, project teams) You accompany the sustainable introduction, securing and further development of work and tools Develop and implement change and communication concepts together with your team You identify improvements in culture and efficiency, accompany their implementation and prepare policy proposals The systemic observation of market trends into culture change and working methods is your responsibility - with new impulses to learn from each other and to identify opportunities. You work closely with internal steakholders and external partners and ensure transparent management communication

You have a degree with a focus on change/lean management and have several years of professional experience Experience in cooperation with executives and management level In addition, you bring experience in the context of change and leaning programs A structured, analytical way of working with high self-responsibility and the need to really improve things characterize you You are interested in technical, organizational and structural issues You have a strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, high communication skills and a secure and convincing appearance at management level You are ready to travel regularly to our locations throughout Germany and so to be with our colleagues on site
