Your tasks

• You process orders or orders Orders and First Minutes as well as briefs
• You collect, process (incl. computational exam) and archive invoices
• You'll start evaluations, reports, presentations and decision templates according to specified content
• You support project management in planning and managing your projects
• You participate in the purchase of planning services and assist in the tendering and awarding of construction services
• You prepare technical and commercial award negotiations
• You support the department and project management in the administrative area and ensure the smooth handling of internal office operations
• You are responsible for general correspondence and coordinate incoming phone calls and appointments

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your commercial training
• You are ideally bringing knowledge of structural issues
• You have good knowledge in MS Office applications
• You work independently and structured
• You are team-ready and have a high sense of responsibility
• You show commitment and are enforceable
