Educators and socio-pedagogical assistants (m/f/d)

In our kitas we serve 100 to 150 children from the crib to the horticultural age. Our crib house offers space for 20 crib children. All facilities have large outdoor areas that offer children plenty of space for movement and development. We work in a closed group concept and place great emphasis on teamwork, especially in projects and in marginal times. Together we create a loving and safe environment that promotes the development of children.

In the Family & Education department, we are looking for the crib and elementary area in our Kitas Bickbargen, Holzhüpfer, Sonnensegler and the Crib House in an indefinite position in full or part-time:

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) und

• A fee according to the S 3 group as a social pedagogical assistant (m/w/d) bez. (m/w/d) or S 8a as a state-recognized educator (m/w/d) of the public service collective agreement (TVöD) with a collective annual salary in the remuneration group S 3 of approx. 41.650,- to approx. 51.020,- Euro brutto or in the S 8a category of remuneration from approx. 46.650,- up to approx. 61.550,- Euro brutto (depending on the qualification and the training aspect) plus a monthly allowance of 130,- Euro gross full-time employment

Your requirement profile:

• Completed training as an educator (m/w/d) or social pedagogical assistant (m/w/d) or comparable qualification, e.g. studies in education, social education or childhood education
• Additional qualifications in areas such as nutrition, movement, language promotion, music education or natural education or Interest in continuing training
• Empathy and sensitivity for children's protection and child welfare
• Team-oriented and structured and independent working
• Relevant attitude towards children, colleagues (m/w/d) and parents
• Reliable and sovereign occurrence
• Full vaccination or immunity against measles according to legal requirements, an extended guidance certificate and the willingness to complete a first aid course

Your tasks:

• Implementation and further development of the pedagogical concept
• Promoting cognitive, motor and linguistic development of children
• Design of an inclusive and value-adding learning environment
• Planning and implementation of age-appropriate offers according to the educational guidelines
• Perception of the supervisory obligation and implementation of health promotion measures
• Implementation of development talks and parents' evenings
• Monitoring and documentation of children's learning progress
