Your duties Responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing strategic projects along the value chain of the Business Unit Electronic Packaging with focus on the glass business unit Further development of future-oriented production structures for glass products and components taking into account market, customer and technology requirements Conducting strategic needs and developing and implementing international programmes and projects Assessment of technological and operational options in close cooperation with Sales, Development and Operations and coordination of priorities, roadmaps and responsibilities Control of interdisciplinary and international project teams including definition of relevant KPIs and ensuring target achievement, transparency and sustainable implementation Promoting Operational Excellence, Standardization and Automation, Digitization and Smart Manufacturing Initiatives to Improve Efficiency Your profile Successfully completed studies in engineering, scientific, economic or comparable fields Multiannual professional experience in an international industrial environment related to operations, digitalization, automation or technology Detectable experience in managing complex projects in the production, transformation or business development environment Funded knowledge of Operational Excellence and the optimization of production and/or product development processes Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working methods as well as pronounced communication, presentation and moderation capabilities in German and English High level of self-initiative, team orientation and enforcement as well as motivation to take on perspective responsibility in a management function Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
