As a Junior Recruiting Manager Entertainment Services (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) at sea chefs, you're not only looking for a varied job in the entertainment team - you're also immersed in the world of seafaring! Recruiting of the entertainment positions to be occupied on board the Mein Schiff and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises fleets (the focus of technician positions) taking into account the job requirements and requirements of the operational departments, which includes: Processing of incoming exercises Pre-selection of applicants, also in close cooperation with international recruitment agencies Coordination and organisation of interviews Management of interviews, in cooperation with the operational departments Briefings on contract conditions and life on board Contract and fee negotiations within the framework of recruitment (taking into account budget requirements)

Close cooperation with the MRP team in relation to the deployment plans and occupation of open positions Overview and coordination of personal marketing measures (online & print products, social media) for the responsible positions after consultation with the sea chefs Marketing Manager Planning and implementation of trade fairs and information events Design and implementation of cooperations with schools, training centres & universities Regular reporting and documentation Participation in administration and organization in the department

Take this with you: • Complete training and/or studies with a focus on staff/human resources and/or theatre/culture management, as an alternative appropriate professional experience Ideally first experience in recruiting Professional experience on board a cruise ship and/or in the entertainment area Willingness to work on personal marketing readiness to travel Content affinity over the area to be supervised Budget-proof work in compliance with economic targets Embossed team and communication skills Organizational talent, self-employment and the ability to work Loadability, reliability and integrity Secure computer conversion (especially MS Office) Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
