These are your tasks Leadership and development of the production quality team Final production (mobile crane) Close cooperation with production, development and suppliers for the sustainable improvement of product and process quality Active participation in the further development and optimization of assembly processes with a focus on quality, efficiency and process stability Application of Lean Methods to Reduce Waste and Reworking Application and moderation of structured problem-solving methods for sustainable troubleshooting Control and tracking of quality deviations in suppliers incl. Demanding and securing sustainable problem solutions Meeting quality-relevant decisions also in complex and time-critical situations

This will bring you Completed technical studies or comparable qualifications (e.g. technician/master (m/w/d)) Multiannual professional experience in quality management, ideal in production Deep understanding of quality processes in series production Experience in leadership of teams desirable Knowledge of the causes analysis and problem-solving methods (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why) Enforcement strength as well as high communication and team capability Structured and solution-oriented operation Good English knowledge of word and writing
