The Maltesers are now looking for a consultant (m/w/d) to strengthen the team for the “connection” project, which develops social offers for young people to strengthen community and commitment to loneliness. The place is limited to one year and offers the option of extension.

Construction and establishment of the project at two locations in the Bistum Limburg Development and development of a sustainable project concept Planning, organisation and support of the implementation of the offers for young people aged 12 to 17 years Networking and cooperation with local actors (m/w/d) and other services of the Malteser Extraction, support and support of volunteers Participation in public relations Documentation and report refund on project development

A completed study in the field of social work, social education or education or training as a pedagogical specialist (e.g. educator (m/w/d), curative teacher (m/w/d), curative teacher (m/w/d), or comparable) Knowledge of the different life environments of children and adolescents Experiences with volunteers, project management and educational or group work are desirable. Embossed communicative skills and experience in working with groups Enthusiasm and joy in working with young people Communication strength, organisational skills and team skills A self-employed, structured way of working The willingness to work in afternoons, evenings and occasionally on weekends The possession of a class B licence
