Director of Nursing (m/f/d)

In this position, you are a member of the Hospital Management Board, directly assigned to the Group Management and designing the further development of the locations on the basis of the Group's medical strategy. You are responsible for the personal control and organisational management of the entire care and function service. In doing so, you ensure efficient personnel requirements and operational planning and successfully combine quality and cost-effectiveness. You promote the professionalisation of care through the implementation of modern care concepts and understand how to gain and maintain qualified caregivers in a difficult market environment. You stand internally for a continuing and further education-oriented working atmosphere and ensure the preservation of the special culture and positive mood at both locations. It is desirable that you actively contribute your high commitment to the support of the Group in the implementation of the corporate strategy to strengthen the care sector and work with all management staff trustfully.

We talk to this call for examinated nursing staff (w/m/d) especially from the second management level with a completed study in the field of care management, which seeks the next step in career and confidence to take responsibility in the first row. Long-term established nursing directors (w/m/d) with change request are also desirable. An entrepreneurial and pragmatic way of thinking is expected with the sense for the feasible. You are characterized by their own initiative, design power and target orientation and lead your employees motivatingly, cooperatively and value-adding. You have a natural enforcement force and find the right measure for collegial proximity and distance. You also include the concerns of other professional groups in the implementation of your goals and act communicatively and reliably.
