Insurance Broker Customer Service Social Economy (m/f/d)

In tandem, you are advising our (large) customers from the social economy (e.g. senior institutions, workshops, life aids) and advising confidently on insurance-relevant questions – by phone and in writing. You develop and coordinate suitable securing solutions in the composite sector with a focus on the subject matter and liability divisions. You independently structure your tasks in the contract administration, such as the creation and processing of offers as well as policies, implementation of contract changes and stock management, correspondence with insurers, customers and internal interfaces. You have the opportunity to introduce your impulses and ideas.

You have a completed training as an insurance businessman (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You have experience in customer support and focus on customer requirements through reliability and liability. You know yourself in the composite parts and are interested in developing yourself professionally and personally. You work in a structured and self-responsible manner and keep track of complex tasks.
