You support our doctors (w/m/d), psychologists (w/m/d) and specialist nurses (w/m/d) in their daily tasks You take over the patient registration, reception and general office activities (including appointment coordination, reception of telephone calls, preparation of prescriptions, exhibition of work inability certificates, material orders) The writing of doctor's letters also falls within your task You perform the patient records and record documentation in the medical records Another task is the encryption, documentation and billing of services provided by our computer system

Successfully completed training as a medical specialist (m/d), professional experience is desirable Very good writing and computer skills in medical terminology Good expression and safe appearance Skill and empathy in dealing with our psychiatric patients Responsibility and the ability to cooperate with other professional groups High resilience, commitment, organizational skills, flexibility and reliability as well as team skills
