Location: Frankfurt am Main Type of employment: Full-time Working hours: 37.5 hours per week

Tasks, competences and responsibility Expecting a Ramp Agent at Deutsche Lufthansa AG Key Areas (m/w/d):

• Ensure safe, punctual and economic aircraft handling
• Monitoring of flight-side handling services and support in complex handling
• Control of IT-controlled processes (Load Control)
• compliance with charging principles and consideration of charging restrictions as well as aircraft specific features
• ensure smooth handling for Lufthansa and customer airlines
• Monitoring the timely provision of all services
• Manual system responses with missing interface information (e.g., load data, passage data)
• clarification of problems with system support (GOM, ATM, SBS etc.)
• Control of compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Implementation of methodological safety and quality tests according to the requirements of Lufthansa

Technical requirements

• medium-term education with technical or commercial training or comparable (m/w/d) or Abitur
• Multiannual Professional Experience as Charger or Ramp Agent (m/w/d)
• Car driver license required
• very good German knowledge and very good English knowledge
• valid reliability check according to AirSiG §7
• independent, structured and result-oriented mode of operation
• high level of team capacity and sense of responsibility
• Standby to 2-shift service
