You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the fields of real estate, facility management, industrial engineering, law, technical building equipment, architecture or a comparable field of expertise. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 51.400,00 € – approx. € 82.600,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions).
