You accept IT support requests (incidents and requests) and you accept them. The document and the follow-up of requests in the ticket system are part of your daily business. You will also help to maintain our IT equipment and manage all IT resources in the data bank. In addition, you will actively participate in IT projects.

You are an intangible student (m/w/d) at a German high school in the field of information technology or a comparable subject. You are familiar with the handling of Windows sales systems and Microsoft Office products. You work service-oriented, committed and flexible. Communication strength and very good German and English skills complete your profile.
