Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team, including personnel deployment, holiday planning and representative organisation Ensuring a time-, cost- and quality-oriented assembly of modules as well as defining and optimizing workflows to increase efficiency Performance of product error analyses, evaluation of error statistics and active participation in customer complaints as well as in the Quality-Gates process Development and implementation of measures for cost optimization, quality improvement and further development of the quality assurance system according to DIN ISO 9001 and 14001 Management of quality assurance-relevant documents (test logs, instructions) and promotion of quality awareness in the team by coaching Ensure compliance with legal requirements as well as all regulatory, safety and cleanliness policies in the area of responsibility

Completed studies or further training to the technician or Master, e.g. mechatronics, electrical engineering Multiannual practice in the management of production teams, ideally in companies of automation technology or machine and equipment engineering for microelectronics and microsystems engineering Experience in employee management as well as in the design, optimization and documentation of work systems and processes Very good English skills in word and writing as well as safe computer skills High self-initiative, strong sense of responsibility and enforcement
