You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a group of damage regulators:in the field of property insurance. You promote service-oriented, value-aware and loyal cooperation with employees: both internal and external partners. You ensure a service-oriented, friendly and competent care of the policyholders: inside, outside services and other customers: inside the regulation of property, building, content and loss damage. You are responsible, if necessary by on-site searches, for the economic management of the handling of material damage according to the legal and legal situation. In addition, the promotion of employees is part of your task: both through professional and personal further qualification. You actively contribute to the development and implementation of the department's strategic objectives and take on special tasks.

You will bring a completed study in the field of business / construction / economy or a completed training to / to the insurance business / - woman with comparable further qualification.
