As an Industrial Product Manager (m/w/d) for the E/E architecture and IoT division, you will be able to follow the end-to-end processes for product development processes from roadmap to market launch You will ensure the product specifications that you derive from customer and market requirements in cooperation with local product managers In product management, you define the HVAC system solutions business plan and control R&D projects on competitiveness and profitability The optimization of industrial requirements with regard to standardization versus brand requirements, differentiation of product groups and customer requirements is your responsibility You take an active role as a core team member in development projects to promote innovation and to ensure competitiveness and always have a look at trends and regulatory frameworks The documentation and processing of product data for market launches, including the Product Information Management System (PIM), and the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is your responsibility With a strong focus on cooperation with Research & Development as well as regional product managers and other areas involved, you act as an important interface to support the NSCs (National Sales Company)

Qualifications: You have completed your Master's degree in a technical or business course Know-how: You have very well-founded professional experience, ideally in program or product management, and bring a solid expert knowledge about HVAC system solutions, electronic and electrical architectures as well as dedicated systems with Personality: Analytical skills, pronounced communication strength, solution-oriented and proactive as well as self-responsibility – You are open to international exchange and have a very good stakeholder and personal management Tools: Secure user knowledge in SAP, MS Office, PLM and PIM help you in daily work Languages: Your strong communication skills and excellent knowledge of German and English allow you to act safely in an international environment
