In our 12-month Germany-wide program, you will pass through several program modules in various locations of our BMW subsidiaries with mandatory deployment at the branch office in Munich. You take over your own exciting projects that will let you experience and understand the diversity of the BMW branching world. Use the ways to build your own network. In addition, you will take part in BMW's own qualifications. With the support of an experienced mentor, the program is individually tailored to your strengths and experiences, so that you can bring your established know-how in the sales or aftersales of a branch as a manager at the latest after the 12 months.

Successfully completed studies in the field of business management, technology/engineering or a comparable qualification. Discipline leadership experience. Joy in the leadership of employees: inside and dealing with our customers. Professional experience in sales or aftersales desirable. Enthusiasm and persuasiveness. Mobility and readiness to travel.
