Senior Sales Manager - B2B SaaS / Employer Branding (m/f/d)

You communicate daily with top decision-makers: inside companies and market our products in Employer Branding and Recruiting. You advise your customers: by phone and video call, how You can successfully win students: both through Studyflix. Your appointments will be put by the team so you can concentrate fully on what counts: convincing pitches, strong advice and successful degrees. You are responsible for the sales cycle from the pitch to the offer meeting until the end. You build long-term customer relationships and strategically develop large and existing customers. You actively use training, coaching and feedback to continuously increase your performance and develop yourself as a top performer in sales.

You have 3–5 years of experience in B2B-SaaS sales and can demonstrate clear results. You are strong, confident in negotiation, and you are also confronted with demanding decision-makers: both sovereign. You work independently, think strategically and tax your deals structured until the end. You have a completed study or a comparable training. You want to take responsibility in an economically successful and market-leading scale-up of the Bertelsmann family. You are convinced by strong communication at all hierarchical levels and are delighted to inspire customers for a high-growth product.
