Examination of legal questions in individual and collective labour law and drafting of appropriate opinions and proposals for decisions Support in the preparation and follow-up of collective bargaining Support in the development of (concern) operational agreements and personnel guidelines Creation and revision of labour law training documents and presentations Assessment of current labour law case law and legislation and deriving from the resulting needs of action

successfully completed first legal state exam; University priority in labour law desirable Participation in legal preparation service High affinity for labour law and personnel topics Interest in cross-departmental cooperation in operational practice beyond the legal margin Precise written and oral representation Joy of work in the team and communication Quick conception, independent working and analytical thinking Founded MS Office knowledge
