As (Lead) Systems Engineer (m/w/d), you play a key role in designing and developing complex SIGINT systems. You design robust, scalable and interoperable architectures for mission-critical applications in the military environment. You work in a large-scale project/programm, which is composed of other projects and these again from subprojects. You are responsible for the entire technical architecture of the system / program. Your tasks in detail: Development and evaluation of system architectures for complex software and hardware solutions Analysis of operational requirements and derivation of technical system and subsystem architectures Definition of interfaces, data flows and integration strategies for sensor technology, signal processing and communication modules Creation of architectural and design documentation (e.g. with UML, SysML, ArchiMate). Care of the libraries of system engineering Technical management of interdisciplinary development teams and close cooperation with system engineers, software developers and project management as well as techn. Project management Implementation of architectural reviews, risk analyses and system analyses Support for customer presentations, tenders and technical concepts

Complete study of (economic) computer science, electrical engineering or comparable You convince with very good knowledge in the field of requirements engineering and already have several years of experience in creating solution architectures, ideally based experience in model-based system engineering Experience in the system architecture of complex safety-critical systems, ideally in defence or aviation You are interested in solution designs and system/ITArchitekturen incl. Interfaces and feel safe there. SysML/UML, NAF or TOGAF are not foreign words for you readiness to travel (up to about 30%) and a pronounced communicative competence Ideally you know yourself with radio technology or have a technical background in signal analysis, education or evaluation Ideally, you have a Bundeswehr background in the area of telecommunications/electronic education Embossed analytical skills, systemic thinking and communication strength readiness to verify security under the National Security Audit Act (SÜG) Good presentation and moderation capability and good expression in word and writing in German and English complete your profile
