Type of employment: parttime

A completed training in the hotel industry or a comparable qualification. Ideally first experience in the reservation or at the reception. Knowledge in SIHOT is of advantage, but it is more important to us that you are motivated and you are quickly working into new systems. You like to communicate, are friendly and service-oriented. You work organized, reliable and keep a cool head even in stressful situations. Teamwork gives you as much pleasure as independent work. Good knowledge of German and knowledge of English complete your profile.

You will process incoming reservation requests by phone, e-mail and via various booking channels. You will create individual offers and advise our guests on rooms, arrangements and additional services. You collect, modify and manage reservations in our PMS SIHOT. You have availability and bookings in mind and help market our rooms optimally. You will recognize possibilities for upselling and enthuse our guests with appropriate additional offers. You will take care of special wishes and find the right solution together with the guests. You work closely with the reception, repentance management, housekeeping and other departments, so that everything works smoothly for our guests. You care about our guest data carefully and pay attention to correct documentation.
