Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you With us you will experience a professional training where we want not only to promote your individual talents and skills. You can learn new things every day and actively participate in the working day of our teams. You have the opportunity to complete your training within two years (preparation Fachabitur / Abitur) or within two and a half years (Mittlere Reife). You are employed in a variety of training departments in the B2B and B2C business (e.g. Account Services, Payments, Credit, Customer Unit, Securities Operations). In addition, you will learn from our experienced bankers how the securities business works. You will receive a very good and extensive support from qualified training officers. During your training, you will visit the municipal vocational school for financial, real estate and automotive in Munich in block lessons. Your further development is complemented by internal and external training accompanying seminars – this is a big concern to us.

Expertise & Softskills: This brings you You bring great interest in banking/borrowing as well as in business topics. Furthermore, you have at least the middle maturity with good completion. You score with your enthusiasm in dealing with numbers. You also have good expressive and communication skills. The joy of dealing with people and working together in the team brings you to your everyday work. You convince by your willingness to learn and openness for new things.
