academic qualification: excellently completed scientific studies, ideally with doctorate

Professional experience: 7 - 10 years of experience in the development of software in the technical/scientific environment, also in leading role. Practical experience in collaborative software development in the open source or internal source environment is a plus

technical expertise: sound knowledge of software architecture and design (OOP, Design Patterns, Functional Programming) as well as expert knowledge in Python and a language close to the machine (e.g. C++)

Code management: routined handling of all aspects of code management (Git, Azure DevOps, Testing, Packaging, Distribution)

Data Science and Machine Learning: Good Knowledge in Data Science and Machine Learning

Special knowledge: expertise in the development of lithography systems

Leadership competence: high social and leadership competence (lateral leadership) and a recognised effect as a Role model

personal skills: strong team player skills, enforceable, decision-making, skillful in dealing with conflicts, customer and goal-oriented and have a solution-oriented working style with plentiful self-initiative

Language knowledge: very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
