New customer acquisition and customer maintenance as well as further development of existing customer relationships
Negotiations with decision-makers in hospitals
Product presentations before doctors and users, nurses and medical technicians
Documentation and maintenance of customer data in the CRM system (Salesforce.com) as well as collection and transfer of user feedback to the products
