Number: MER0003UWJ As a company-internal lean consultation, the MPS teams accompany the production and planning areas of Mercedes-Benz Cars during the introduction and further development of the Mercedes-Benz production system (MPS). Both in the rebuilding of international works and in the optimization of established works, our MPS experts are partners of top management. Our team is the interface to the international structures and supports the national MPS offices in initiatives and digital routines. We are the cross-site global contact for the implementation of the MPS and the associated best practice exchange. We support the halls and ensure the multi-site digitalization skills. Good ideas do not fall from heaven - You are always the result of a creative process and a lot of work. That's why we need backup in our team. We are currently working on an international communication concept to make the Mercedes-Benz production system (MPS) more accessible for our production areas – practical, creative and with clear message. We are looking for a creative personality who wants to combine communication, marketing and project management with topics such as lean management and operational excellence – and perhaps also to support one or the other consulting project. These are your tasks: Participation in the design and implementation of the international MPS communication campaign

Support in the design of communication materials (e.g. presentations, articles, trailers, posters, social-intranet contributions, mailings)

Support for the overall management of projects

Close cooperation with cross-departmental teams in Germany and abroad

Support for team-internal pit stops, workshops and management presentations

Participation in projects to continuously improve production processes in cooperation with the location-related MPS teams

The activity can begin from mid-January 2026.

Your profile: Studies in Business Engineering, Communications, Business Administration, Media Management or Similar

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Secure handling of PowerPoint (and ideally basic knowledge of graphic design)

Interest and openness to work in various projects with different technical content

Interest in lean management, digitization and production

Fun on creative communication, storytelling and visual thinking

Self-employed, structured working and hand-on mentality

Teamability and the ability to work in a dynamic environment

Innovation spirit and willingness to challenge existing processes

Intercultural competence and communication skills
