Self-responsible support of our commercial parks Planning, procurement, control and acceptance of technical measures Analysis and solution of technical challenges Control of external facility managers Maintenance management, defect assignment and warranty management Contact for tenants and masters in case of damage Commissioning and monitoring of maintenance measures Keeping budgets, orders and decreases Object optimization and future planning Coordination with partner companies and team consulting

Technical or commercial training with real estate experience Mind. 5 years of professional experience in technical property management Driving licence required Economic thinking & digital affinity (e.g. Casavi) Organisational strength, initiative and reliability Communication skills, team skills and flexibility Safe handling of MS Office
