In order to support our team in the field of road construction and geotechnical engineering, we are looking for you as department manager (w/m/d).

As Head of Department, you have the overall responsibility for the department of road construction and geotechnical engineering and make a significant contribution to the strategic and operational development of your area of expertise. Technical and disciplinary management of the department including personnel development Responsibility for budget and resources and ensuring efficient performance of tasks Control, coordination and technical assistance in the areas of road engineering Geotechnology as well as earth and basic construction Waste and flow management Control and building materials testing

Development of processes, standards and workflows

Graduate/Master in civil engineering, preferably with a focus on geotechnical engineering, engineering geology, material flow management or a comparable qualification with corresponding technical expertise Multiannual relevant professional experience, in particular in the context of complex infrastructure projects Knowledge of waste and material flow management as well as the implementation and control of control and building materials testing Good knowledge of public law, in particular in general administrative law and in budgetary and procurement law
