Implementation of single and group treatments Creation of individual therapy plans in cooperation with doctor:inside and therapist:inside other disciplines Care of our patients: within the framework of rehabilitation, prevention and care programs Documentation of the course of therapy and interdisciplinary communication in the team Active participation and further development of our treatment offers In addition, as department manager for ergotherapy, you take over the following management and organization tasks: Technical and organisational management of the Department of Ergotherapy Participation in the weekly interdisciplinary team meeting with doctor:innen, Psychlog:innen, Sozialarbeiter:innen, Physiotherapeut:innen und Sporttherapeut:innen Participation in the quarterly Head of Division meetings with management Organization and moderation of internal quality circles of ergotherapy Contact:in for ergotherapy schools as well as care and further development of the cooperations Organisation, care and professional guidance of Ergotherapieschüler:inside during their practical training Coordination of operational planning and organisational processes within the framework of practical pupil training Support in the further development of quality standards, processes and therapeutic concepts
