WERTGARANTIE Group's Customer Management Services team supports IT solutions and IT services used in the company and ensures smooth operation. A central project is the introduction of a new CRM system that will contribute significantly to the optimization of our customer relationships. We work closely with various specialist departments to ensure that the software is seamlessly integrated into our processes and meets the needs of our users. For the participation in the integration of this CRM system, we are looking for competent reinforcement.

The cross-module further development of the CRM system, for example with the extension to data supply, the connection of new source systems or the optimization of processes Support in operation of the system Developing and implementing technical concepts for technical and regulatory requirements Function as a technical savings partner for the departments and project groups

Completed (economic) computer science studies or completed vocational training as a specialist with professional experience Advanced typescript skills, knowledge with CRM tools (e.g. BSI Customer Suite) desirable Experience in the integration of interfaces (Rest, JSON, etc.) Good understanding of data structures and possibly first experiences with low-code applications High self-motivation, readiness to learn, analytical thinking and solution orientation, first experiences with agile working methods are desirable
