As a central anchor, you create a secure and structured learning place where you are able to convey the school material to children and adolescents in a trauma sensitive manner. You develop and apply creative, individual learning concepts that are tailored to the needs of each individual – supporting Modern technology like our smartboard. In close cooperation with our interdisciplinary team of pedagogues and therapists, you agree on funding plans and provide holistic support. You plan and guide educational projects that not only impart knowledge, but specifically strengthen the self-confidence and social skills of young people.

You have a completed teaching degree, a study of social education or a comparable educational qualification. Ideally, you bring first professional experience in trauma education and dealing with vulnerable children and young people. Your strength is to provide learning content creatively and individually in order to gain access to children in challenging situations. You are convinced by your empathic, patient and resilient way and you want to actively participate in the educational concept of the institution. You have a class B licence and speak German on C1 level to ensure clear and secure communication.
