Commercial support of our locations Communication with landlords, service providers and colleagues:inside and contact persons:in for external offices Control and commissioning of service providers such as security services, cleaning or maintenance Organisation and support of moving projects and collection of relevant data Administrative activities such as accounting, demand reports and internal calculations

Commercial training, ideally related to real estate management, or comparable experience Structured and reliable operation Communication strength and service orientation Safe handling of digital tools and readiness to integrate into new systems Basic technical understanding for building management and service provider control
