Social pedagogue in vocational preparation

As a teacher in the vocational preparation training team, you offer educational groups. Your tasks include the implementation of social competence and application training as well as experience pedagogical offers. In addition, you promote life-structural skills and offer development-promoting advice and individual case help. As part of your activity, you also support participants in conflict and crisis management. In addition, you will participate in the further development of the area and focus on the implementation of new projects.

You have a completed educational degree or a comparable degree. In addition, you bring professional experience and/or expertise in working with young people with a learning disability, mental illness and/or the autism spectrum. Working with groups will give you pleasure and you will trust to perform group offers for 10-15 participants. You like to work in the team and combine independent action with commitment and flexibility. You also want to work with the most diverse young people and face them with empathy and an appreciation attitude.
