You have completed training as an industrial mechanic m/w/d or in a comparable technical profession. Ideally, you could already gain first experience in assembly or mechanical engineering. Technical drawings, schematics and assembly specifications can be used safely. A crane license is advantageous, but no requirement. You work reliably, quality-consciously and like to work in the team. Early and late shifts are not a problem for you and thanks to your driver's license and car, you can always get to work flexibly.
