Your tasks:

Your responsibility

• Creation of technical drawings and system plans for construction projects, in particular in the field of building and supply technology (e.g. electrical, heating, ventilation and sanitary)
• Planning and dimensioning of technical systems and installations taking into account relevant standards and regulations
• Creation of material and piece lists
• Monitoring the technical implementation and ensuring the quality of work
• Creation and maintenance of project reports and documentation

Your qualifications:

• Completed training as a technical:r system planner:in or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the planning of technical building equipment
• Knowledge in CAD and 3-D modelling
• Good knowledge of German and English
