In order to strengthen our team in the field of construction in stock, we are looking for a:n motivated:n project saleswoman:mann. Your tasks are as follows: You enter your construction projects independently In particular, you are responsible for processing the input and output invoices You are contact:in for the builder and the after-contractors in all commercial matters Together with the building line, you will start the monthly performance reports and perform target/actual comparisons Care of the work calculation is carried out in the project team The project controlling at cost center level You always have a look at the receivables, payments and guarantees In addition, together with the technical project management, you will ensure compliance with all legal regulations and corporate guidelines
