Head of Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

You report directly to the management and are responsible for all the tasks and activities of quality management with your eleven-member team. In this context, the maintenance and maintenance as well as the further development of the quality management system according to DIN ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 as well as the coordination of all internal and external quality audits as well as operating themes, including complaint management, shopfloor management and QM documentation. You act in constant exchange with customers and management and take over the development and further development of central standards and structures to ensure a high quality level throughout the company. A special focus is on the quality of suppliers and the development of national and international partners in this respect.

On the basis of a technical qualification, you have acquired substantial professional experience in the field of defence, automotive or mechanical engineering and are fully familiar with the requirements of common quality management systems as well as relevant methods (such as APQP, RGA, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, Six Sigma or 8D). You have gained your previous experience in an international environment, with leadership and management experience with demonstrable and sustainable personal successes in developing your own areas of responsibility. You are an absolute team player with good methodology, implementation orientation as well as the “Blick für das Machbare” and have proven their worth in change management. You are characterized by self-motivation and decision-making as well as high customer orientation and personal flexibility. The willingness to travel globally is just as presumed, as well as knowledge of the language in English and mastery of common IT systems in the field of quality. .
