• They support the development of the device-specific care conception
• They are involved in the preparation and updating of care planning/day structure
• They are co-responsible for the resident care documentation (Vivendi adapted to the Keppler Foundation)
• They are responsible for helping and carrying out body care and medical care
• They are co-responsible for good cooperation and for active support and promotion of team formation
• continuous participation in training courses is expected and offered
• good cooperation with other service providers (e.g. doctor:inside, therapist:inside, pharmacies) and volunteers are expected
