IT Change Manager – Microsoft 365 / Dynamics 365 / Cloud (m/f/d)

Microsoft 365 – Stable operation & smart development You take over the system and service management of our Microsoft-365 environment. You ensure a stable, safe and efficient operation. You continuously manage, support and develop the environment – with a view to efficiency, security and ease of use. Customer support & IT support – solution-oriented and close to business You support our employees in central enterprise applications. You analyze and fix Incidents as part of a structured incident & problem management. You identify causes sustainably and develop practical solution strategies. You understand technical content and perform user training. Change management & quality assurance – structured and predictive You plan, evaluate and tax changes within our IT landscape. You carry out risk analysis and are responsible for testing and quality processes. You continuously document changes transparently and optimise existing IT processes. Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Operation, Optimization & Development You are responsible for the system operation, administration and support of MS Dynamics 365. You accompany releases and control changes in close coordination with the departments. You develop the solution functionally and adapt it to new requirements.

Must-have solid knowledge of IT infrastructure (server, network, cloud) Experience in IT operation or system administration Practical experience with Microsoft 365 A structured, solution-oriented approach Interest in IT service management and clear processes Communication strength in exchange with users and departments Nice-to-have Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experience Knowledge of Azure or the Power Platform Understanding integrations and interfaces (APIs, data flows) Experience in change, incident or problem management Basic knowledge of IT security and data protection Experience in IT projects or digitalization initiatives You don't meet every point?
