• Active support and promotion of the digital transformation of the business unit

• Continuous evaluation, review and participation in the digitization framework of the area (e.g. vision, strategy, roadmap, tool and skill set) and its implementation

• Advising business colleagues in the application of information technologies and (progressive) data analytics tools as well as agile working methods to promote continuous process and data value improvements

• Exchange regularly with your colleague to learn more about their data/business requirements and to develop a sophisticated pipeline of smaller and larger initiatives to improve their daily business life

• Support for the field of initiation, planning, control, monitoring and control of digital initiatives in close cooperation with the owners of initiatives

• Provision of guidance and knowledge in the field of digitalization for internal stakeholders within the business unit as part of a contribution to the knowledge base of the field or stakeholder-oriented training

• Higher education or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Consulting, Computer Science or Data Science

• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a controlling, financial or reporting function; Background in the energy industry of advantage

• Found professional experience in agile change or transformation projects, such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Business Project Manager or Project/Workstream Leader

• Embossed practical skills in information technologies and data analysis in a business environment, in particular in relation to management or enterprise resource planning tools (e.g. SAP, Tagetik...), data warehouse solutions (e.g. Oracle, Snowflake, Microsoft Cloud), classic corporate performance and most modern reporting and office tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Power BI...)

• Own initiative, collaborative capacity, high self-responsibility and data-driven mindset

• Excellent communication skills (English is a must; German of advantage) and enforcement
