Apprenticeship as a real estate agent (m/f/d)

You support our real estate consultants in the care of our national and international customers and learn to advise them competently in the selection of suitable flexible office and coworking solutions. You create customer presentations, develop rental concepts as well as location analyses and organize object visits. After an intensive incorporation phase, you work out individual mediation contracts, conduct contract negotiations independently and accompany customers professionally until the successful conclusion of the contract. You support the maintenance of our property database, the creation of Exposés, the preparation of customer appointments and general administrative activities related to real estate management.

A good school degree (at least medium maturity or higher). Interest in real estate, sales and customer support as well as a pronounced service orientation. Communication strength, team skills and a quick understanding. Joy of independent, responsible work. Secure handling of digital tools and openness for innovative working methods. Good knowledge of English in word and writing.
