In your position, you accompany, support and activate unemployed adults with a focus on professional training and further training. The aim is clear: a lasting professional integration. You conduct coaching and consulting with socially inclusive approaches to eliminate individual obstacles. You work with the participating activation and integration plans and support in implementation. You work with the participants, their work brokers and the network of services and local companies. You document presences, consultations and activation plans. The place is fixed for 12 months and is occupied in Berlin-Schöneberg.

Complete study of social education, social work or special education empathy and team skills, strong communication skills and independent work, very good German skills It is necessary to submit an extended guidance certificate Language knowledge in Ukrainian, Russian, Arabic, Turkish, Romanian, Bulgarian and/or English are desirable
