For our team in the field of education and training we are looking for an unlimited period from 01.04.2026 and full-time (39,00 hours per week)

Social pedagoguesin / Social workerin as lead (m/w/d)

for the 180° return group. Intensify our team in the area of our fully-stationary child and youth assistance in the 180° return group and engage for children, young people and their families in Hamm.

• General responsibility for the technical, organisational and economic management of the institution
• Ensuring and further developing quality standards according to SGB VIII and carrier-specific specifications
• Personal management, service design, team development and personnel development
• Responsibility for admission processes, assistance planning and cooperation with youth offices, schools, therapists and other partners
• Control of pedagogical work and further development of conceptual orientation
• Budget responsibility and efficient resource management
• Representation of the institution inside and outside
• Care and support of up to eight children and young people
• Individual educational support and support for children and young people in the reference system
• Strengthening the skills and resources of children and young people
