Our Classicbid Center Rheinhessen in Grolsheim focuses primarily on the topic “classical automobiles”. The connected ClassicX Café & Restaurant forms the gastronomic heart in our vintage and event center. In addition, the ClassicX Landhaus & Hotel in Gensingen is the centre for a special event gastronomy and attractive stays in Rheinhessen. The extension to the connected Nahetal Arena also completes the possibilities of experience. In order to support both locations (both near Bingen) in Personalunion and for Germany-wide deployments in our auction centres, we are now looking for reinforcement for our home technology team in full time:

Implementation of small repairs, maintenance and maintenance work on buildings, technical installations and facilities Control of domestic engineering (e.g. heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical) Monitoring of external service providers and craft firms Maintenance of outdoor facilities (e.g. lawn mowing, snow clearing, waste disposal) Closure and control of safety and alarm systems Monitoring and documentation of statutory audits Support for internal events and transport work Contact for tenants and employees in technical matters

Complete craft or technical training, e.g. as an electrician, plant mechanic, heater, installer, etc. Experience in building technology or in technical facility management Technical understanding and craftsmanship Independent, responsible and reliable operation Good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence Germany-wide readiness to travel
