Your future job:

For our customer Airbus Operations, you are working at Finkenwerder as a Quality Conformance Manager (m/w/d) and address quality problems together with the departments involved to achieve a comprehensive solution.

Your tasks:

• Participation in the improvement, sustainability and quality of the processes
• Leading and guiding complex quality topics as well as continuous improvement projects by defining standards and identifying and facilitating improvements
• Increase process performance and compliance with standards in terms of reliability of processes
• Creating presentations and presenting results, as well as tracking and reporting in the expanded customer line and internal customers
• Improving the sustainability of problem solutions at the Customer Line PPS (Practical Problem Solving) Focalpoint and Facilitator in the area of Quality, including collaboration at the AOS Brick Practical Problem Solving and CL PPS (Customer Line Governance Practical Problem Solving)
• Participation and participation in various multi-functional teams
• Edit, track and eliminate quality problems and topics
• Leading projects

Your profile:

• Complete studies in the field of engineering or another technical field or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in quality management and assurance as well as process management
• Good knowledge of Total Quality Management (problem solving methods)
• Experience in the aerospace industry
• Skywise and Google Workspace knowledge of advantage
• German and English knowledge in word and writing
