Head of NextGen Billing

You shape and manage the expansion and expansion of the Nextgen Billing team. You are responsible for the operation of the solutions for your team. You have a degree or a comparable qualification in the field of economics or social sciences. You bring at least 5 years of experience in personnel and team development, ideally in an environment with complex challenges. You have excellent industry knowledge in the energy business environment, ideally also in the context of smart metering, and in the applications SAP IS-U or S/4HANA Utilities. You have experience in building and developing a team. You work extremely independently and your action is characterized by entrepreneurial thinking and acting. You are extremely solution-oriented and goal-oriented and quickly provide an overview of tasks, relationships and processes. You are experienced in structuring and prioritizing tasks and work processes for you and your team. Your leadership skills are characterized by the fact that you know the challenges of a complex environment and, as a leader, understand your team individually, eliminate disturbances and define action frameworks, but also create freedom for development, for new ideas and personal and professional work of your team members. You have extensive experience in team and personnel management, ideally in the leadership of a team.
