Your tasks: You make the difference with us.

• Your tasks include checking travel expenses according to travel policy and taking into account tax regulations.
• In addition, you advise employees on the application of the billing tool and general travel billing questions.
• You support the fleet and service wheel area through various administrative activities such as billing control, vehicle transfers and withdrawals as well as reports to HR.
• You will also help in the area of damage processing by editing appointments and creating damage lists.

• You have completed vocational training and at least first professional experience, also for several years.
• Your careful and conscientious way of working marks you.
• You're focusing on your own initiative and the ability to work effectively in the team.
• Since you have a lot of contact with internal areas, you should be strong in communication and have the necessary enforcement capability.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, are required.
• It is important that you are flexible in working on different topics.
