The Crailsheim Clinic is a growing hospital for basic and regular care with over 700 employees. We focus on competent medical treatment and patient-oriented and professional care. In 2016 the new building of the clinic was commissioned. Another extension will be opened in winter [for telephone number see the original ad].

We also have an MVZ in which nine specialist practices are currently integrated. Another expansion is planned.

Your tasks:

• Self-organization of the secretariat:
• Processing of correspondence (written and telephone) as well as processing of mail and emails received
• appointment planning and preparation of meetings and events
• Support in the creation of documents and documents
• Administrative support of the Clinical Director to ensure a perfect back office process
• preparation of protocols and reports

Your profile:

• Completed 3-year commercial training e.g. Senior Account Manager (m/w/d)
• Including professional experience in secretarial tasks
• Professional handling of MS-Office
• Certain, structured and service-oriented mode of operation
• Motivation and willingness to work on the topic
• Communicative competence
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Ability to work independently and team-oriented
