Specialist for Workplace Health Management (m/f/d)

Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible for around 13,200 motorway kilometers as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures. In order to support our team in the Human Resources Development and Health Care Department (m/w/d), we are looking for you as a specialist (m/w/d) BGM at the next time.

Strategic further development of NL Nord’s operational health management, including risk assessments of mental stress and health promotion measures Advising executives and employees on all issues of occupational health and safety Participation in the implementation of occupational safety, in particular in the areas of occupational health care, instruction, implementation and follow-up of the Work Protection Committee Coordination and cooperation with internal and external partners (including business physicians, executives, works councils, authorities and service providers) Full monitoring and control of BEM cases, including discussion, individual planning of measures, documentation and tracking Planning, implementation and evaluation of health-promoting measures and projects, e.g. health days

Successfully completed studies focusing on prevention, health management, health sciences, sports sciences, psychology or comparable expertise, qualification and experience Comprehensive expertise in operational integration management, ideally additional qualification as a disability manager or case manager Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as the Labour Protection Act, DGUV regulations Experience in project work Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B licence and readiness to travel within the branch and nationwide Your personal strengths include: Communication strength, ability to conceptual thinking and strong team skills Service orientation Above-average organisational capacity Self-employed, structured and responsible work
