The Berufsförderungswerk Nuremberg is a national competence centre for vocational rehabilitation in northern Bavaria and offers its participants (m/w/d) a concrete opportunity for a new life and career perspective.

We qualify, train, promote, advise and integrate adult people. For our location in Schwäbisch Hall, whose focus lies in the support of integration and retraining measures for rehabilitators (m/w/d), we are looking for a limited period of time

SHA-1111 Your area of responsibility includes:

• They support our participants through targeted support and support on their path of career orientation, career choice and professional integration
• Create individual funding plans with target agreement, perform competence analyses and take on performance and behaviour assessments
• In addition, you support applications, organize and carry out application training in the group and acquire internships and/or jobs
• They take responsibility for the courses and ensure the cooperation of the various actors in the course of training and cooperation with all clients and companies
• In addition, you are responsible for the organisation and implementation of documentation and reporting

Desired qualification:

• You have completed your studies in the field of social education, pedagogy, social work or comparable
• Experience in education or adult education would be desirable
• You have good knowledge of the regional labour market and are interested in establishing new contacts
• As a personality, you are characterized by safe and empathic appearance, interest in dealing with a variety of people, your independent and self-responsible way of working as well as communication talent and team skills
