Quality Assurance Employee/Quality Technician (m/f/d)

Using technical drawings, you evaluate and judge components with complex geometries. You assess the interaction of components and production devices and cooperate with readjustments. You will create sampling and technical documentation and update them continuously. In addition, you moderate teams that deal with problem solutions and process optimization. You define test methods and sizes and carry out quality checks within the scope of incoming goods checks. Your duties also include the introduction of quality assurance/improvement measures, the monitoring of their implementation and the monitoring of effectiveness. On the basis of customer specifications plan and perform component checks (product audits).

You have a successfully completed technical training, e.g. to the machine locker or industrial mechanic (m/w/d). Ideally, you have completed a further development to the welding specialist (m/w/d), or alternatively a completed technician training with experience in welding or process technology. In your previous professional career, you could already gain relevant professional experience in quality – ideally in the automotive sector. You bring a pronounced hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for technical processes. You plan your daily tasks independently, you will be able to communicate internally and externally and have knowledge of the goods receipt control and inspection planning. You are safe to use standard quality tools and methods as well as standard PC applications. A methodological, target-oriented and team-oriented method of working. You have good knowledge of German and ideally good knowledge of English in word and writing.
